Homborg Industrial Machinery provides the following inspections:
Generator

This annual inspection is prescribed by the Health & Safety Law, according to H&S article 7.4A.
Emergency generator
- Mobile
- Stationary
- With or without automatic grid acquisition
This annual inspection is prescribed by most insurance companies, in combination with a log book.
Besides that, it might occur that the local authorities or environmental department obliges you to get a SCIOS inspection. We can do this for you. If you have any questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us!

This annual inspection is prescribed by the Health & Safety Law, according to H&S article 7.4A.
Compressors
Both mobile and stationary compressors must be inspected annually.
- Diesel driven compressors according to H&S article 7.4A
- Electrically driven compressors according to NEN 3140
Fuel tanks
Stationary above-ground storage tanks must be installed and connected in accordance with the instructions of the PGS 30. Thereby, a KIWA tank certificate and a Kiwa installation certificate must also be present. These tanks must be inspected every 15 years. If cathodic protection is present, it shall be inspected annually.
Mobile fuel tanks (IBC)
Kiwa inspection
- Every 30 months (2.5 years)
- This inspection is required by law as a result of the environmental requirements of the PGS30 (formerly CPR 9-6). The 2.5 annual Kiwa inspection is only applicable to IBCs with a Kiwa certificate; these are generally all IBCs produced after 15 May 1996. These IBCs can be recognised by the Kiwa Certificate of Registration plate.
- IBCs from before 15 May 1996 must undergo an introductory inspection every three years. This inspection concerns the complete internal and external condition, an airtightness test, a wall thickness test and a corrosion measurement.
VLG/ADR
Due to the international VLG/ADR transport regulation, the quality of IBCs can be maintained at all times in agreement with the Ministry of Transport, Public Works and Water Management. The quality assurance program includes the following inspections:
- Every 2.5 years: Air tightness test
- Every 2.5 years: External condition inspection
- Every 5 years: Replace gaskets
- Every 5 years: Internal condition inspection
- Every 5 years: Inspection construction and characteristic
